The Speed-Vest is a weighted vest that slips over the head and straps across the body the usage of a cross-strapping system that helps keep the vest from shifting side-to-side.
Can be utilized in water. The vest is constructed primarily of a fast dry polyester mesh. The porous design helps to keep water from collecting and permits the vest to dry quickly.
The Speed-Vest won’t get in your way: With one layer of soft Flex-metal weights the vest is only a ½ inch thick. This combined with the unique thin flexible padded shoulder straps keep the vest from inhibiting your movement in any direction.
Provides an exact balance of weight from the front to the back of the vest even as the special weight pocket system allows the soft weights to bend and flex with your movement.
Designed for running, jumping and intense training it’s thinner and tighter than a standard Uni-Vests.
Comes with 10 pounds of Flex-metal weights, but will also be adjusted from 1 pound as much as 10 pounds by casting off or adding the ½ pound Flex-metalTM weights.
