Designed to calm and provide steady proprioceptive input, as the combined pressure and weight functions as a reassuring deep hug. Made of neoprene, your Dolphin Vest is designed for comfort with soft mesh material on the sides to increase air go with the flow and ventilation. Weights are safely positioned in pockets inside the vest and will also be added or got rid of. Vests include two 1/2 pound weights and four 1/4 pound weights for a total of 2 pounds. Additional weights to be had- 1/2 lb weights fits all sizes and 1 lb weights fits sizes M-XL. Hook and loop closures on the sides allow for maximum comfort, easy sizing, and quick removal. Machine wash cold after doing away with weights. It is normally really helpful that weights be worn 20 continuous minutes on and 20 minutes off. Compression will also be worn without a point in time.
