The Bodycraft Light Commercial moves both vertically and horizontally, taking into consideration natural, unlimited, user-defined motion. Since the bodys natural movements can be used throughout the Bodycraft Fitness Jones Smith Exercise Machine, all free weight exercises can also be performed.
