If your in search of a quality wall-mounted dip bar which bolts securely to your wall studs, that is the one. Shipped with mounting hardware, this dip bar may also be mounted in an instant onto studs. If you wish to adjust the spacing to comfortably fit you, we recommend mounting on horizontal wood. This may also be purchased at your local hardware quite inexpensively then attached to the wall. The dip should then be attached to the new wood. Consult a contractor if important. Construction details include a heavy-duty steel frame, textured steel grips with padded foam, and a gunmetal powder-coated finish. The parallel grips extend out 18 inches from the wall. Great to develop your chest, arms, back, and entire upper body.
