Designed for repeated, longer term use, the leg attachment boasts a 400 lb. plate weight capacity To be used with Olympic or same old plate weights. The XMark Universal Leg Curl Attachment XM-7455 will fit any same old weight bench having a 2″ x 2″ receiver that pins side to side. Fits perfectly with XMark Products XM-7471, XM-7472, XM-7603, and XM-7604. Before purchasing, in moderation review the photos to verify the predrilled holes are in the similar direction as your bench
